Registration is mandatory for our free Seed Exchange Events. Seeds will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to make a donation to receive free seeds. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to our representatives. You can register for as many events as you wish.
Individuals can take as many seeds and attend as many seed exchange events as they wish. Seeds are distributed on a first come, first served basis. Please review our catalogue and make a list of the seeds you are looking for before coming to this event. We encourage you to get a few extra envelopes to grow and give away next year.
If you are donating seeds, please make sure to review our donation guidelines and bring the filled form with you at the event.
If you are a member of an Indigenous community or would like some accommodation measures, please contact us at email@example.com.
Give 5+ native plants and grow a friend
Help us share the joy of native plant gardening by signing up to give at least 5, non-genetically modified, native plants to your new friends and invite them to return seeds to the library
Please only donate plants that you are 100% sure are not genetically modified and that are native to Ontario and Québec (you can use VASCAN to confirm)
We will contact you in the fall to collect your final donation number, as well as the number and to whom you donated your plants (individuals, schools or public spaces). The individual that will have donated the most plants will be announced at our upcoming fall exchange event.
